- Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, you do not need to register as you can always make a purchase as a guest. However, with registration your shopping experience is faster and easier due to the possibility of a quick checkout and overview of the history of orders, refunds and invoices.
- How do I renew my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can renew it by clicking on the Sign in/Registration icon in the top right corner of the website and then selecting Forgot your password? Next, enter the e-mail address you used when registering and click Send me my temporary password. You will use your temporary password to sign into your account. In the next step, you will be redirected to a form where you can change your temporary password into your new password. - Will the received item look exactly the same as in the photo?
Yes, but note that due to different display settings, the colors shown may vary slightly from the colors of the item.
- Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can cancel the order but only if the goods have not yet left the warehouse. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible by calling 0800 45 46 (from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00).
However, we would like to remind you that due to the fast processing of orders and as we strive for delivery in the shortest possible time, there is a considerable possibility that the order has already left the warehouse.
- Can I change the order?
No, you cannot change the order once you have placed it. You can just cancel it but only if the goods have not yet left the warehouse.
