Delivery price

The delivery costs €5 (VAT inclusive). For all orders of €25 or more we offer free delivery to the selected address.

Your order can be delivered to the address you select. Please keep in mind that delivery is always limited to the country (website) which you order from. You can expect your order at your address in Croatia within 1-4 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we do not ship orders.

When the order is ready, the GLS delivery service will send you an e-mail and an SMS notification that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the SMS notification you will also receive the package number, the link and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date or forward the package to another address. You can check the delivery status of your order on the GLS website, by calling (+385) 1 2042 672 or sending an e-mail to cs@gls-croatia.com. Also, you will receive an e-mail with more information about your order, for example, the amount of money you need to pay at delivery (if you have chosen to pay by cash or card on delivery).

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop

You can also pick up the order in a GLS Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. The delivery service GLS will send you an SMS notification that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the same message you will also receive the package number, the link, and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date or forward the package to another address, to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. Choosing a direct delivery to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop is not possible. Locations of GLS Parcel Shops or GLS Parcel Lockers can be found here.
